The service helps users track and understand app revenue, subscriptions, MRR, ARR, churn, installs, uninstalls, trials, refunds, plan movement, and related business performance metrics.

2. Eligibility and Account Use

By using RevMetrics, you agree that:

• You are authorized to use RevMetrics on behalf of yourself, your company, or your team
• The information you provide is accurate and up to date
• You will keep your login credentials secure
• You will not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to RevMetrics
• You will not use RevMetrics for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Connected Data and User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to connect, upload, or process any data used with RevMetrics.

This includes app revenue data, subscription data, installation data, financial data, team access, and any other information you connect or import.

You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and use of your own business data.

4. Subscription and Billing

RevMetrics may be offered as a paid subscription service.

Subscription terms, pricing, billing cycles, trial periods, and payment methods may be shown during signup, checkout, or within your account.

Unless canceled, paid subscriptions may renew automatically according to the selected billing cycle.

You are responsible for keeping billing details accurate and paying applicable fees.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation options available in your account or by contacting support.

Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by applicable law or separately stated in the active pricing or billing terms.

If a refund policy is offered for a specific plan, that policy will apply to eligible charges under that plan.

Your use of RevMetrics is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of your business data. RevMetrics does not own your app revenue, subscription, install, churn, refund, payout, or performance data.

We process such data only to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep RevMetrics reliable and available, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for maintenance, security, product improvement, or operational reasons.

8. Termination or Suspension

You may stop using RevMetrics at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create security risks, fail to pay applicable fees, or use RevMetrics in a way that may harm us, other users, connected platforms, or the service.

9. Disclaimers

RevMetrics is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Reports, dashboards, and metrics are provided to enhance business visibility and support operational decision-making. You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of data before making financial, legal, tax, or business decisions.

RevMetrics does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or financial advisory services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evofic Technologies and RevMetrics will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim related to RevMetrics will be limited to the amount paid by you for the service during the period giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may notify users through the product, email, or website.

Continued use of RevMetrics after updates become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
