Information We Collect

Account & Authentication Data: RevMetrics uses Clerk to handle secure account access. We process the basic details needed to create, secure, and manage your account, such as your name, email address, login method, workspace access, and account preferences.

Shopify Partner API Data: After you authorize access, RevMetrics uses Shopify Partner API app events and transaction events to compile reports and show app performance metrics. This includes event activity related to installs, uninstalls, trials, subscriptions, cancellations, refunds, billing, and plan changes.

RevMetrics does not directly collect separate financial data. Reporting metrics are calculated from authorized Shopify Partner API events, which are required for the app to function.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we access and process to:

• Authenticate users and manage account access
• Compile Shopify Partner API app events and transaction events into reports
