Delete your RevMetrics account
You can permanently delete your RevMetrics account and associated data at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
How to delete your account
From the RevMetrics mobile app (iOS or Android):
- Sign in to the app.
- Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Tap "Delete Account" at the bottom of the screen.
- Review the confirmation notice and confirm.
By request: if you cannot access the app, email us at [email protected] from the email address on your account and we will delete the account for you.
Before you delete
- If you are the only owner of an organization that has other members, you must first promote another member to owner (Organization settings), then delete your account.
- If you are the only member of your organization, deleting your account also permanently deletes the organization and all of its analytics data. If you reconnect the same store later under a new account, its metrics must resync from scratch.
What is deleted, and what is kept
Deleted immediately: your user profile (name, email address, sign-in credentials), your organization memberships, and — if you were the only member — your organization and all of its data (connections, apps, revenue metrics, and history).
Kept: data we must retain for legal, billing, tax, security, or compliance purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy. Such data is retained only as long as required and then deleted or anonymized.
